PROLAB can produce every type of event signage, making it one-stop shopping. We make vinyl banners, mesh banners, coroplast signs, fence banners, roll banners, step and repeat banners, stage banners, poster boards, kiosk signage and back-lit Duratrans graphics for lightboxes. We also produce cut vinyl letters and decals for directional signage and information signage that is posted around the event. Our installation crew is also available to help setup and install the event graphics and signage prior to the event and then assist in tearing down the graphics and returning to our facility or storage or recycling.
PROLAB Digital Imaging has Scitex, Vutek, Durst Grand format printers available to produce super-sized, huge vinyl banners and billboard sized graphics for your event. We can produce 16â?? x 100â?? foot vinyl banners in spectacular color and clarity for eye-catching visuals in one piece or weld multiple pieces together for extremely large 100â?? x 200â?? foot banners for example. The vinyl banners can be heat welded on all four sides for extra strength when grommets placed along the edges for installation purposes. We offer grommets in 3 colors, black, gold and silver so that your vinyl banner will look the best. Our stunning full color banners have been used as stage backdrops, hung from stage scaffolding with zip ties and displayed across the front façade of the stage for a super visual impact. Often, clients will have us produce multiple 8×10 foot or 10×10 foot vinyl banners and hang them side by side around the temporary tent as a wall graphic or step and repeat banner marketing their brand in a really bold and visually impacting fashion. Our expertise can help you produce a lasting Experiential marketing campaign that connects your target audience with your message and impression.
We produce full color mesh banners and graphics that are placed along the perimeter of the event or fence mesh which zip tied to the fence or to crowd barricades or security barricades. Often we will produce mesh graphics for both side of the barricade for added impact form all sides. We also produce mesh vinyl banners to be placed in front of speakers. As you know, huge banks of speakers can be covered and allow for more graphics to present the message. Speaker mesh has holes that are larger than the standard mesh holes so the sound is not hampered. We can print full color Mesh up to 16 feet wide by any length on our Scitex, Vutek or Durst grand format printers or seamed together on our 53 foot Miller Weld Master heat seamer for spectacular event signage.
When it comes to event signage around the event, our eco friendly HP UV Flat bed printer is ideal for printing on coroplast used for out door durable event signage. Coroplast is a white plastic that is fluted so that is light and the vertical ribs give the material extra strength while keeping the coroplast light. The material comes in 4×8 foot and 4×10 foot sheets with 4 different thickness, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm and 10mm. UV Flatbed printing coroplast is also the most economical method of producing high quality durable signs. The UV printed coroplast graphics can be cut into any size required, from large full sheets that can be placed side by side to make sturdy walls or cut down to 22â??x28â?? and printed double sided to be inserted for sign holders and any other place durable graphics are needed. The ink will not come off the coroplast material unless an extreme effort is used to deface the event sign, but that is most likely not going to happen at most events.
PROLAB also produces step and repeat, full color Roll Banners for events. These are usually 18 inch, 24 inch or 36 inches high rolls of banners that are 100 feet, 250 feet or 500 feet long of a repeating image. Usually these Roll Banners are ordered in larger quantities to plaster the marketing message for the sports event, race, volleyball tournament, soccer event, music concert, outdoor festivals and various experiential marketing endeavors. Roll Banners are printed on durable vinyl banner stock, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz or 13oz material depending on the longevity required for the graphics. Our digital imaging printers produce superb quality and the Roll Banners are very cost competitive.
Backlit graphics always command your audienceâ??s attention when it comes to marketing impact. We can print supersized backlit vu-lit banners for 16 foot x 100 foot displays and any size smaller. Our Light jet 430 Digital photo printer produces the highest quality duratrans backlit prints available on the market. Duratrans is the Rolls Royce of quality and does command a higher price than inkjet backlit graphics, but the difference in price is well worth the difference in quality. Backlit graphics are often in used in food court areas displaying the food menus and services. Large backlit graphics always produce a dramatic impact at night during the event.
