Brother HL 2140 – Makes for A Choice Printer
The Brother HL 2140 was designed to be used for home usage as well as small businesses. This printer can print on transparencies, labels, envelopes, bond and plain paper. The paper tray can hole the following sizes, letter, executive, legal, A4, A5, A6, B5 and B6. The multipurpose tray can handle the above paper sizes as well as envelopes and custom sizes up to 8.5 inches in width and 14 inches in length.
This is a great energy efficient printer as it has three different power modes, sleep, standby and peak. It runs on AC 120 V, 5060 HZ and is Energy Star compliant. It can get a little warm with a lot of printing as it operates between 50 to 90 degree Fahrenheit. It is also a very quiet printer producing 51db when printing.
