My Secret to Staying Fit during the Holidays

The gelatin frosting tops off several layers of creamy topping that she puts on the cake after it’s cooked.Some peppermint sticks join with some other goodies to finish up the toppings. Is this really how to lose weight fast?
Being Christmas, even health professionals like myself are tempted to call a truce with carbs. In spite of how much I want to eat that cake, I manage to limit myself to one small piece.
After that, the next morning you’ll find me on the Stairmaster keeping up with my normal workout schedule, and keeping up my nutrition.
Seven days later you will find me out to dinner eating things I shouldn’t bringing in the next year. You won’t find me hung over and groggy the next morning: I’ll be in the gym working out.
There’s nothing wrong with enjoying yourself during the holiday season with the people you know and/or love. You can even have some things to eat that you know aren’t good for you.
But also, there’s no reason why you can’t do all this and stay healthy and fit. You’re sure to find a lot of excuses on a weight loss forum.
I’m going to give you a few tips that will help you get through the toughest season for dieters with flying colors.
1. Don’t even entertain the possibility of missing your workouts over the holiday season. If you don’t make plans to stay faithful, you probably won’t.
You are certain to fall by the way side if that is what you are expecting to happen.
2. Get ahead of yourself by planning out the workouts you will be doing. Put a copy on the wall where you will see it and be reminded of what you expect from yourself.
3. Make some challenging goals to achieve over the holidays.Be one of the few who can turn the holiday season around from a time of failure to a time of success!
Now get to the gym and do some six pack ab exercises!
